Our mission

1 million artist websites

I'm Will - an artist and technologist based in Perth, Australia. I built Showplace because I want to raise the total amount of art made and shared in the world. Technology has transformed almost every creative field, yet for artists it's too often been complicated, expensive, or out of reach. Showplace exists to put that power back in artists' hands - my goal is to help create one million art websites over the next ten years.
